A. No, But I can recommend some good companies.

Q. What is the turn around on retouching?

A. Usually 0-7 days. Depends on our amount of work. There are days where you may receive your photos in 30 minutes after you make your payment. When you make your payment we send you an estimate on when you will receive your photos.

Q.What do I wear for headshots?

A.
• Serious theatrical look (clothing - muted/soft colors)
• Commercial smiling look (clothing - bright tops and layers)
• Business look (clothing - trendy blazers with nice blouse, casual, glass-less eye glasses)
• (3/4 body shots) could be Sporty, Glamour Make-up (lashes, darker lips, Bigger Hair), Cop, Yoga, Karate, doctor, or something themed.

Q. What else do I need to think about for headshots?

• Stay away from prints/logos/stripes on tops.
• Make-up/ hair should be natural soft (more can be added later for other looks).
• Little to no jewelry if possible.
• Layers look great for headshots. Light sweaters/jackets and plain tops underneath.

Q. What is photo retouching exactly?

Photo Retouching : This is a service that most celebrities can not live without. A retoucher can do things like remove pimples, blemishes, wrinkles and even entire people out of photos. If you can imagine it it can most likely be done.

Yes, it is something you can do on your own but, so is refinishing your kitchen cabinets. Is it something you really want to to have done by a non-professional? That is your main decision.

I and most people in the entertainment business know a bad retouching job when we see one. So looking at portfolios is KEY. Prices vary a lot from place to place.

The best retouchers (like me...) have an education in graphic arts or some field of technology. They should also have real world experience at a magazine, publisher, advertising company or something along those lines.

I have seen people put a blur over the entire photo and call that retouched. I also see models / actors requesting too much retouching and when they walk in to an audition they get sent home for not looking like their photos.

High Resolution = Printable Photos

Natural: Low $3 or High $12.
Radiant: Low $4.00 to $5.00 or High $13.00 to $20.00.
Flawless: Low $6.00 and up or High $20.00 and up.

Q. I don't have a paypal account. How can I pay you?

A. I also use Google Checkout or you can send a check/money order. Just allow time for the US Postal service and for the check to clear. I start working when the checks clear.
