POLICY
1) Discounts are also given for orders of over 50 photos.
2) $20 minimum order.
3) I do not make the prints but I can recommend a few companies.
4) All transactions are made via internet worldwide. I do not meet with retouching clients.
5) No refunds, but I will fix it until it you think its correct. (this only applies to your original directions, any new changes will have to added to your bill)
6) Any additional changes that are not requested before your quote/estimate will be added to your bill.
7) Work starts only after payment is received. (1-7 day turnaround)
8) $20 per order for next day service. 24 hours from time of payment.
9) If you are paying with a check or have an unverified PayPal echeck all funds must clear before I start the work.
10) Larger photos are better to work on then small ones. I can reduce the size at no extra fee when purchasing "web size" retouching.
11) By sending us a digital image you certify that you own the copyright and/or have permission of the copyright owner to modify the photo.
12) High Resolution/Printable images are generally twice the price of Low Resolution/Web.
13) Retouching hourly rate is $50/hr.
14) Remember your retoucher is an artist and you hired them based off of their portfolio of work.
